Right now im slightly leaning towards a cautious view of the markets. Right now we are looking to do somewhat of a back test of our old trend lines. As you see in the charts below we have not quite touched the old line but are very close. We have more earnings comming out this week such as XOM, T, AAPL, MSFT ect. that might help give the market that push. On top of that, round lots in the indicies tend to act as a magnet, i.e Dow 13,000 or s&p 1500. On friday i purchesed a small smount of the SDS which is a s&p ultra short. ill wait until our trend line is touched before adding. This is only a short term play as i think the markets will head higher before any significant downward movement.
